Our apartment at Serene Villa really had the wow factor, we were lucky enough to be in room 6 which is relatively new and on the top floor and away from everyone else, with an incredible view!
Comfy bed, great shower, lots of privacy, high quality furnishings, kitchen space, great air con etc - we were so happy here and I wish we had stayed longer than 5 nights!
The team are wonderful, happy, welcoming and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym on site is better equipped than most. The yoga was great as was the coffee - we were very happy to pay for these extras - they’re definitely worth it. I also had a massage which was wonderful and used the laundry service which wS impressively quick!
It’s a short walk to the beach/bars etc - so a great location.
Word of warning - there are loads of monkeys so hide your food. They look into the windows to see what you gave! They broke into our apartment and stole our sweets/fruit - but our own fault for having them on display!

The garden is beautiful and has lots of animals to see in the trees. The house is very spacious. The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer. Has plenty of dishes, cutlery, and ice trays. The hosts provided a large water cooler for drinking water. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The hosts are lovely people. It was a pleasure to meet them. Its very quiet and private accommodation as the entire estate/house is yours.

Anula the owner and her daughther are so sweet and welcoming. They make sure everything was super clean and comfortable for us. She also made us breakfast, with a different twist everyday.
The rooms are simple, but very nice and the bed is really comfortable. The pathway to the Homestay was surrounded by fireflies, which I thought it was quite magical. Also the property has a really beautiful garden that makes the stay much more hommie 💚 very good value worthy

The host was very helpful and nice! We even got a lift to the city in the very early morning to get a bus. He gave us good information about things to do and was always around if we needed something. The family was also very nice and we enjoyed having a kitchen and preparing our own breakfast that we had at the nice front porch
