For the price we paid, this hotel was incredible value! The view was AMAZING, and I would say it was the perfect location in that it was far enough away from Ella town to be peaceful, but close enough that we could walk into town very easily. We hiked Ella Rock and walked to nine arche bridge and Little Adam’s Peak from here, without needing to pay for tuktuk journeys at all! The guy running the show (who I don’t believe is the owner) was so so nice and really helpful.

This property is located a few kilometres out of Ella town, on the side of a hill with lovely views. It was always easy to pick up a tuk tuk to get to town or elsewhere. The room was spacious with a mosquito net over the bed. There was a pedestal fan which we only used at night for air flow, as the temperature was very mild. Breakfast, which was huge and delicious, was served on the verandah. There were also some chairs on the verandah so we spent some time chilling out, taking in the amazing view and watching the many different birds. The host met us on arrival and provided us with information. He organised a tuk tuk for an excursion. Each day, the host arrived in the morning to serve breakfast and then left, so you have the space to yourself. We had laundry done for a reasonable price. The property is walking distance to Ella Rock.

A Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location
Our family came for a vacation and stayed at Ella Peaks Lodge for one day. We had a truly wonderful stay here. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and the peaceful, quiet environment makes it ideal for relaxation. The balconies and especially the viewpoint offer stunning scenery, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and we were pleasantly surprised that they provided tea leaves and coffee powder free of charge for making tea and coffee. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us throughout our stay and making sure we were comfortable.
The location is fantastic, with all the key destinations around Ella just a short distance away. Free and safe parking on-site made things very convenient, and we were also able to easily find accommodation for our driver nearby.
Overall, this is a great place to unwind and explore Ella. Highly recommended!

For saving money I used the railway access nearby. Used trains and walked a lot. From there u can reach many gorgeous hiking spots by foot.
Definitely recommended if your looking for a nice budget accommodation at Ella! Will go there again.

You have the place for yourself in a quite hill in front of tea crops, so is peaceful. Perfect for couples who wants to stay out of from the buzzy center of Ella.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Very spacious apartment, clean, fast WiFi, great terrace with beautiful view of the town. Easy walking distance to the center, shops and restaurants. Super friendly host with fluent English. He even brought us to the railway station early in the morning.
This was a spotless, tasteful, large and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Namunukula range, and a bathroom to die for. Viraj and his dad provided warm hospitality, finding us dinner and letting us eat in their cafe till well past closing time. I would highly recommend it to anyone spending a night out two in Badulla. My best wishes to Viraj, for every success in this enterprise.
The place was clean. The family were very hospitable. The facilities were great. The owner picked us up from the station and brought us to the apartment. The view from the windows was stunning. The verandah was also nice to sit out on and chill with the family. The place genuinely exceeded our expectations.
Prasan from TK homes came to Badulla station to pick us up. Prior to that, he was in constant communication with us. The apartment was nice, spacious, and clean.2 large beds in each bedroom . Prasan and his family were very attentive and treated us like family. They are genuinely interested in guests.
Overall, I will give a rating of 10/10 due to their excellent communication and hospitality during the stay.
They came to collect us at the Badulla Railway station and take us safely to the Apartment. We got delicious food prepared by themselves at very reasonable prices. The owner and family always contacted us and looked after us. Even after we checked out, they didn't forget to call us to check our safe arrival. Hope this property will be useful for someone looking for a safe and quiet place with very good facilities.
