Great place to explore the ancient city from. The rooms are basic but the pool is great for cooling down after a hot day sightseeing and the host, Madu was great. Super helpful and very accommodating letting us store our bags on the day we were leaving.
The place is nice and clean. The backyard is lovely with a couple of chairs and tables to chill and enjoy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We rented bikes to visit the ancient city and one bike had a flat tire. We called the host and he immediately came to our location and exchanged the bikes. Really appreciated how fast he came to help!

A whole apartment to ourselves, with a balcony. The toilet is big and 2 double beds is lovely! The air conditioning works well. They gave us free breakfast which was very thoughtful. The owners were helpful and kind. Close to a busier road where you get food. We would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Anuradhapura:)
Easy bicycling to visit the sites. Clean. Bike rental on site, though not the best quality or price, super convenient. Easy enough to walk to restaurants. Helpful owners.
I liked everything with the property and the host. We reached really late and the host received us with a fine and not only that we requested dinner and the host went out to buy us dinner a bit late in the night, all with a smile. The beds were comfortable, the AC was powerfull, the bathroom and toilet was clean. The breakfast provided was detailed and fulfilling. The location and surrounding areas of apartment was really green and clean.
We passed through here on a cycling adventure around this beautiful country, the staff were extremely accommodating of our situation and did everything they could to make our very short stay work well, we really appreciated their kindness.
Super friendly, adorable and helpful family! Very good location close to the lake in a quiet area but two minutes walk from the main street. New bus terminal is only a five minutes walk. Basic but clean rooms. Thanks again for letting us be part of your new years eve celebration, we really enjoyed staying with you!
We all (8 adults + 2 kids) very happy about this holiday apartment because of cleanliness, facilities and also friendliness of the caretaker. Very easy to communicate and they try to give best experience for their customers. Place is also very easy to access from the town and very calm place. Highly recommended place!!!
