We stayed here for one week and we absolutely loved it. The family is so sweet and kind. Despite a rather huge language barrier, they always made sure we had what we needed and helped organize things for us. The location is perfect, just one block from the main road surrounded by nature. The town of Ahangama can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big lovely balcony where we spent most of our time in the shade, watching monkeys and birds.
One night we ordered dinner at the house and their cooking was awesome!

Our stay at Happy Stay Villa was absolutely fantastic. As a family of four, including two kids, we couldn’t have wished for a more family-friendly place. The property was very clean and well-kept, with a spacious apartment that provided plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs garden and balcony were perfect for relaxing after a day at the Kabalana beach. The host was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast, which was provided upon request.

The wonderful family that owns Cinnamon Paradise made this stay exceptional. The room is perfect and is truly a luxury experience in Sri Lanka. The bedroom is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is amazing! The outdoor shower is beautiful and fun, and had surprisingly good water pressure. The Wifi and AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was great and you could either opt for an American style breakfast or a Sri Lanka style meal. We even had dinner one night and it was delicious. I can't wait to return!

Amazing view over the ocean, great pool and lounge area. All the food was exceptional and the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Our room was cleaned and water supplied even in our short stay. Would highly recommend to stay here.
The rooms are clean with a beautiful view. We stayed in normal rooms and penthouses as well both the experiences were very good. Food is also nice. If you are thinking of staying here just don't think twice.
I had a lovely time. The hosts are super friendly and service minded. The apartment was very nice and with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other services.

Lovely place, lovely family 💕 Thank you everything to make me feel safe and comfortable like a home. Everything was very clean ! Near by yoga studio (15m by bicycle), very close to the beach Midigama.
Really enjoyed our stay at Sun and Sand Apartment, it’s super spacious, has a little kitchen and fridge and a big balcony. The location is wonderful, just keep in mind the first train arrives at 05:17 in the morning, but it didn’t bother us and you’ll get used to it very quickly.
Stayed for 2 nights and loved the apartment. Friendly and helpful owners with the cutest dog. Good location, lovely quiet outside area, very comfortable bed and good standard in general -one of the best places I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, have already booked to come back :)

Ferran and Madura are great hosts. They supported us with airport transfer, scooter rental and local guide.
Breakfast is very good, with two different options and and Madura’s kindness.
Location was awesome - right at Sticks surf spot if that is what you are looking for. Fantastic views from the rooms over the ocean - it’s right on the shore. The Manager was also helpful with finding transport options - tuk tuks and scooter rental.
Exceptional value for money. Large space for a good price with 2 bedrooms. Comfortable rooms and perfect for a short stay. You live up in upper apartment and downstairs lives a family. I always enjoy staying in such places. Location is great few minutes walking away from the Ahangama centre.
