The owner is very kind and responsive. She can communicate in English which is very convenient. She was flexible about our arrival and departure time. The apartment is spacious, renovated, clean and comfortable. It's equipped with everything that a family can need: a kitchen, a washing machine. Very comfortable bedroom. Clean bed sheets and towels. A TV for entertainment and basic groceries, black tea, sugar etc. The location is very close to the center of the city, close to the grocery shops, shopping mall, ATMs, anything you might need. It's good for a family or anyone who wants to stay in Aktau like at home.

very good value for money. Though the apartment is in Soviet old apartment building and the common area maintenance is poor as in most cases.
But no one can argue the very low price for one bedroom apartment with all facilities. The lady was very helping polite and suave.
The apartment faces east and you can watch a great sunrise over Caspian!!

A nice clean and bright apartment with amazing views, in a good location with restaurants shops and a mall nearby. The kitchen has an oven, stove and microwave which is useful! The bed is huge and comfortable. AC works well. The owner and his wife are friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here 😀
