The apartment is located close to Ulsan University. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, but the apartment has a basic cooking eqipment if needed. The room is clean and comfortable, and has a nice cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is a bit small, but clean. It is easy to find and enter, exactly as the host's message described (just had to put an extra * after the code).
The hotel is located in what is left of the sleazy entertainment area of Ulsan. This become clear even more when you get there: After the checkin, everything is anonymous, people and guests can come and go unchecked, the rooms provide everything for fun, from gaming PCs to adult movies and even condoms.
If you ignore all that (or enjoy it) the rooms are actually pretty great and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The room was well appointed and came with lots of extras. It was definitely a love motel definitely the more glitzy sleazy type. The welcome pack came with condoms, lube etc. There was even a vibrator in the room which I found a bit over the top. There was a very large comfortable bed and a table and chairs and a fridge there was a microwave on the landing. TV desktop computer kettle. housekeeping came daily and refreshed the bed and all the supplies like biscuits and drinks.
