It's a beautiful, modern apartment near convenience stores and local restaurants, with bus access right at the bottom of the building. The apartment is 30 minutes from Hongdae. It's really a comfortable and cost-effective place. The owner is very attentive and makes sure we feel safe.
Great location, super close to the metro and lots of restaurant options nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the necessary items for a short stay, would definitely recommend!
We stayed in a studio apartment on the 4th floor. Room size is decent and room is clean. There are 2 double beds in the room and they are very comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth, however passwords and instructions were communicated via booking.com messenger and we didn’t meet any actual staff in the house therefore cannot comment on the service.
It's a cosy studio apartment in a building 2mins from Sangsu station in a building. The check in etc is easy and comfortable.
Although the view of thr river is a stretch. Hongdae market and street is 10-15mins walk, easy and accessible.

The flat was very spacious, we all had room to ourselves. We were very much in need for laundry and we were very glad the owner provided us with the amenities . Everything was close and within the area.. line 2 station going around, night outs and hangouts to the popular area. We did alot of walking abouts / getting lost and we loved every bit of it :)))
