Functional and very clean, great location, quiet, kitchen is well equipped, nice fridge. Table is big enough to work on in a pinch. Sometimes rooms have a great view, and their pictures are accurate. Subway is right below, market across the street, great area for restaurants even if you don't go to the party street. Within walking distance of the huge citizens park and the mountain area.
They seem to have fixed the check-in process now, at least I found it easier. Check ALL the emails.
