Easy code access to the building and the unit. No need for physical keys. Host was very accessible by text message. Very clean and nice luxury building with an elevator. They were doing some renovations in the building when we were there so we weren’t able to see it in all of its glory, but the unit was pristine with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Location was better than expected being that it is not in central Seoul. There were tons of restaurants in a variety of styles, cafes as well as a grocery store in the area within a 2-4 block walk. 95 bus takes you straight to the Sosa stop on the 1 train which gets you to central Seoul in 30 min or so.

The staff was friendly and nice and the location is good. From the station 新大方, it was about 13-15 minutes and there are some convenient stores, cafes, and market nearby.
