Staying at this condo in Sihanoukville was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the sleek, modern design and the bright, airy feel of the space. The condo is perfectly located: close enough to the beach and vibrant local spots The building itself was secure and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed.
What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the super comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay effortless. The pool area was also a lovely bonus, great for a quick dip before heading out to explore.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was the perfect space for our family, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made cooking full meals a breeze. Plus, having a washing machine with detergent on hand was a game-changer for our longer trip. We loved the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the balcony, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus too! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they met us right on time when we arrived. The map they provided made getting around so easy (just a tip: letting them know your arrival time in advance is a good idea).

Location is perfect - near the boat station, in the middle of the Saracen beach. The apartment is really very comfortable, big and clean. Everything is well thought out and adapted for a good stay. Everything you could want from an island stay. Comfy rooms and fresh cold showers. The bar and garden were a great place to chill out and just down the rocks is a great place to snorkel and watch the sunset. We liked it here so much we extended our stay and our lovely host put us in a new double loft room/Annex with a balcony and it’s one of my favourite stays so far! Two local restaurants next door are the best on the island!
Mela and Ian are wonderful people and great hosts, we stayed at Macondo for 5 nights but could’ve easily stayed longer. Macondo is a stones throw away from the beach and pier, close to local amenities and eateries. The room was great and made for such a comfortable stay. The community of M’pai Bay is unique to the islands of Cambodia and we really felt a part of it even if for a short time. We loved it here, we couldn’t recommend Macondo enough.
Very friendly staff, nice and chill apartments. One minute to the beach! They have Billiard and drinks you can order and sit outside in the garden.
