It's very clean, modern, enough space, it has amenities to cook. The pool is great (sun the whole afternoon). You can enjoy sunset from the balcony. Olga and her assistant are very helpful. Great if you have to spend a few days in town.

i was checking so many condo a week before coming to Sihanouk, Cambodia. i was impressive with LZ from first but also scared quality of apartment could be different between promote pictures and in real. but i was totally satisfied with my staying. I love how food is good there. I love how I could wash my clothes even when i staying in the hotel. the fridge there even bigger than what i have at home. and i love how i can order a drink in swimsuit to see the sunset on the rooftop. it's just perfect. just pitty that I couldn't stay longer
The view was incredible I was upgraded to a seaview studio apartment. The staff was very professional and very nice.
I definitely recommend this place to enjoy the best sky pool in town.
Very modern apartment in the high stair with a view. I think that this is very good location in Sihanoukville. But unfortunately the nearest beach is only private beach for some hotels.
But with tuk tuk it is ok to get on the nearest public beach.
