I didn’t realize this when I booked the cottage but Raduga West is a very nice and pretty new resort community.
There is a big restaurant, another takeout restaurant, a convenience store, a huge heated indoor pool with hot tub (for a small fee), a gym, a super nice and large kids playground and sandy beach access.
The cottage we stayed in was great. It seems recently renovated, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and large kitchen with seating area.
We came late at night and it was cold but the cottage was very warm.

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Rakhat was very welcoming and gave us great information about the property and surroundings. He was very flexible with our check-in time. We also visited the thermal pool on the property which was a very relaxing experience. We definitely recommend staying here!
I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute around Issyk Kul. This was perfect for a bigger group like us (6 people). Its very easy to find the apartment complex. Mr Rakhat was present to show us the apartment and helped us with accessing hot spring pool. he also helped us with other recommendations. Location itself was pretty good with close access to beach. Apartment was also fully equipped with kitchen and other necessary things.
Beautiful apartment in a lovely resort. The hosts were great and spoke perfect English, which made it easy to communicate in person or through WhatsApp. Very clean, comfortable place. Even heated floors, which was very nice as it was cold outside
