At first it appeared rather demanding to find the location, the house and finally the room. But eventually all worked out fine and code access to the appartement worked fine too. As it was late at evening there was some discomfort what to do in case it wouldn't work, but finally everything was fine.

First and foremost, staff customer service is very poor. They need a customer service training to be more welcoming and not to be grumpy in the the business, the apartment don't have a security maning the gate., you have to call a number if you want to go out or come in, when you call them it pears as if you are bothering them so , they come with a lot of contempt. The owner comes to see who is checking in and literally looks and turnes away, shocking
I booked this air bnb for my sons.. They like the place,it's clean,and the staff are nice to them.the people are friendly and helpful to them.
