Breakfast and dinner were more than expectation, we have stayed 2 nights, the 2nd night were enjoyed the hot pot, delicious food. Room size was good enough, staff were nice and helpful. We have asked for arranging a taxi to car rental shop, the Hotel was suffered the taxi fare, it was a small amount but it was provided a good service completely.
Facilities just like a condominium or your home like automatic door with pin, washing machine, heater and much more. Hot spring outside is very cool. After long day, it's very good to help my stress body. Host also kind and helpfull.
Loved having some space for our family of 4 rather than the usual 2 hotel rooms next to each other. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Without a dryer, we air dried our laundry overnight in the spare unused tatami. Overall a great & comfortable stay if you have a rental car as the townhouse is a little away from the main street of Yufuin but that made it peaceful for an overnight stay.

Reminds me of the villas in Bali, in terms of how the apartments were laid out away from the main reception building. Beautiful fireplace in the lobby. The staff were great. Loved our private breakfast dining area.
Room was spacious and clean. There was a nice seating area with a nice mountain view in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was welcoming tea when we arrived at the hotel. A nice gesture. It takes about 4-5 min walk from Beppu station to the hotel but all along flat terrain. So, it's not an issue. Both dinner and breakfast were good. The indoor onsen was very hot, but the outdoor one was comfortable and relaxing. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
