The spacious kitchen allowing us to cook three meals a day comfortably! The location is very close to ski gear rental and ski lift! The kindness of the staff was exceptional!
Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Yamagata station. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. If you are renting a car like we did, Toyota Car Rental is diagonally across the road. The staff are very friendly.
The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and spacious for 3 Adults, Staff were very helpful and offered great recommendations for restaurants, I also had issues receiving my language from my pervious hotel and the front desk staff really went out of their way to assist me and organized to forward my language to my next hotel when it arrived after I checked out. Parking on site since we hired a car, the car rental place just around the corner so very convenient.
A bit old school business hotel for those 90s vibes. Super clean, excellent location connected to train station (no need to go even outside!), comfortable rooms with great views from 19th floor or above. Has a penthouse bar and a very good laundry / drier.
