Once I got the booking confirmation, the host sent a welcome guide that I could print. It was easy to follow and contained detailed information on how to get to the address from the airport. Very meticulously prepared and helpful. For whatever reason I needed to contact the host, my emails were promptly answered. Location is close to shops and restaurants. You can quickly pick up meals and necessities within walking distance. Akabane station is some 7-10 minute walk. Wi-Fi was high speed. Clean and comfortable. TV in the room but we didn’t use it at all. So much to do around the area. Bonus: a cherry blossom tree right in the corner of the building.
