Best place I have ever stayed in in Japan. I loved that our whole family stayed in the same place together. The bed was very comfy and Japanese traditional tatami and futons were also great. Kids ended up just wanting to sleep on the futons. Everything like new. Clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. No noise from the street. Good value for money. Just superb.

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming, clean, safe and friendly. It had everything you needed from eateries, to pools, kids entertainment and easy access to transport and luxury extras if you wanted. We had a short stay for Disney Sea, but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy all it had to offer. The staff were professional and responsive and we felt very safe in the area.
The host was SUPER nice and concsientious and even allowed us to extend our stay till 9:30 pm because our flight was midnight. We got to take a shower before the overnight flight. We appreciate the host's help on this. We love the fusion on the loft, super comfortable! My daughter loves the cute stuffed toys.
Well organized and great communication. Perfect apartment for me and my partner. The location is great for Disneyland considering the price. Having a washing machine is a huge plus if you're staying for multiple nights. Couldn't be happier with the property.

The place was like a studio apartment of our own. Disney themed, cosy and clean. Recommend to stay! Can fit 2 adults and 2 kids (room upstairs accessible by lightweight ladder). Fully functional kitchen, washing machine and microwave oven. No dryer, so do plan properly when doing laundry :) convenient store is also nearby, good for quick meals
Near Shin-Urayasu station (3 bus stops or 15 min walk from the station), where there are many food choices.
It also has free shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea, but would be easier to walk 2 min to the main road to take bus 2 or 4 to reach the theme parks directly.
Room was small (like a typical Japanese apartment) but had everything needed for our stay. Bathroom had a small bathtub for us to soak in after a long day at the parks.
