The staff was very friendly and offered their carpark service after asking if we had a rental car. The hotel was very clean and near the train station as well which was a plus. Public bath was good as well.
Fantastic panoramic view from this condominium. Everything was clean and pleasant. My husband and I really enjoyed immensely. I will definitely come back.
It's a tidy hotel with nice staff. Our room was small but adequate, although the bathroom was particularly compact. We had a room on the upper floor so it had an open sunny aspect. It's a flat 10 minute walk from the station and buses to the sand dunes. There's a good tourist office at the station.

Hirai-san from Super Hotel, Tottori . Shehelped us communicate and make arrangements for our lunch appointment and car rental. She came through for us when we encountered unforeseen issues with our car rental and was quick to help with alternative arrangements. Great hospitality. Highly recommended!
