The building itself is solid, and the location was convenient, but there were so many hygienic and kitchen usability issues that could have been addressed before our arrival. Our point of contact was responsive and apologetic, but these issues were observable in advance and completely avoidable.
This place had a lot of potential, but the lack of basic cleaning made our stay shortlived.

Private, convenient, well equipped. The shower was fantastic and the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was functional and we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner daily.

Came with a coworker for training and we had an excellent stay. This property is in a quiet area that feels safe, but is in a prime location to enjoy the night life. It was clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I appreciate the thought and care the owner put into the amenities. They were very informative with the initial contact emails and the property was equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The booking process was easy and hassle-free.
