The location is extremely convenient for Sakai, and even for Osaka as a whole. It's 12 minutes via train to Namba Station, which is the heart of Osaka. The room is clean and the facitilies are enough to my needs (fridge, microwave, plates and cup, toiletries, washing machine too). Air conditioner is in good quality.
The staffs are friendly. We arrive early and leave our luggage in the room earlier than plan, but the staff still allow us to do so and continues his cleaning duty.

There is plenty of space, and the view from the balcony is wonderful (I stayed at the top floor).
Just a couple of minutes away from trainstation and convenient stores.

The hotel staff are very friendly, they only speaks japanese, but they got a translater divice, everything I need to know was explained at arrival.
I highly recommend this place, if you want to see the famous dotonbori street, its only 2 stops away with the train.

I am happy that we were on the first floor. Very convenient. It had everything that we needed. I loved the washing machine. Lawsons was a few steps from the apartment. 100 yen shop was a 2 minute walk away. The station was a few minutes away. Enjoyed the smell of the detergent and fabric softener. We also loved the bath liquid soap. All the furnishing seemed new. We are happy there was a vacuum.
