There was no interference from the owner.
He allowed me to keep my luggage inside even before the checkin time.

Beautiful spacious property with pretty views of Happo-one. Everything was clean and it had great amenities. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants.

The buffet food was really good and plentiful. Absolutely loved it. The indoor ski rental facilities excellent. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location brilliant.
The staff gave us an upgrade due to off-season, we loved our room which was more of a small apartment with plenty of space, smart-TV and small kitchen. Super comfortable bed and the view from the room overlooking mountain was great. Friendly staff, very helpful, offered to drive us to the busstation on our last day and was informative about skiing and everything. Very convenient just off the slopes. Recommend 10/10. Lovely restaurants in the town as well.
The location is across the road from the lifts. They have ski rentals and a few restaurants almost next door. The convenience store is next door as well. The ski storage/dry room is super convenient.
From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.
Tatami room has lots of space.Few meters away from the ski lifts and bus station. Convenience store just opposite the hotel. Ski and snowboard rentals just below the hotel. Dry room with private locker.
Excellent location to ski slopes. Ski rental shop right next to it. Loved the place, esp the wide spread of breakfast and public onsen on the top floor!
Friendly and helpful staff. Ski rental and lockers on site and straight out onto the Cortina pistes. Well organised buffet system with a plentiful and wide selection of food.
Great friendly helpful staff, they really made the stay easy. They have good communication to help with any questions about travel, gear rentals, restaurants, and tips about all the resorts. Great location right on the mountain, literal ski in ski out. Views out to the Tsugaike Ski Area are lovely. Good breakfast included, and have a low key dinner service that is really great.
Jason is the best host ever. He'd been extremely helpful throughout our 5 days trip. Providing travel direction to the apartment beforehand, how to get around in the Hakuba and Otari area, restaurant location, snow sport information, etc. The 2 stories apartment was super clean, and you'd have a cozy feeling the minute you enter the door. The Cortina course is right in front of the apartment. Definitely one of the best experiences we had among all our ski trips.
