A wonderfully spacious apartment above an optometry shop, stand alone building so no noise from neighbours, one of the only we've ever stayed in while travelling Japan. The tatami room was incredibly comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and the seperate area for bathing and laundry was great :) we can't thank our beautiful host enough for her kindness, she was truly amazing and went above and beyond for our stay. Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu ^•^

Very cozy, well equipped house full of authentic details. It was very easy to find, well connected to local buses and overall, much more impressive than I thought. I stayed there alone but it could easily host more people (although in that case the use of shower might cause some nuisance as it is direcltly connected to the kitchen).

I thought I booked 2 rooms but it was actually 2 apartments, with a bathroom, a very simple kitchen and even a washing machine each. We were happily surprised since the price was really cheap. The wifi was not working during our stay (when we're traveling we do rely on wifi a lot). But overall it was great and I would stay there again for sure !

Hotel was nice and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Happy-Hour in the evening and a few drinks after a long trip to Naoshima Island was the perfect welcoming. Nice breakfast.

The apartment was very cute and spacious for two people. There was free parking for one car which is a bonus, many hotels in Japan require you to park in a paid parking lot.
Great sized room, comfortable beds and just enough equipment for self catering for a short stay. The check in process was very easy once we managed to work our way through the pre check in instructions using google translate.
Flat is clean, well located, with an affordable price for Okayama ! Owner is thoughtful, he sent useful information to reach the apartment and replied pretty fast when we had questions.
