This is such a gorgeous place to stay, with beautiful furnishings and comfortable seating and beds. Good wifi, bikes for hire and lots of space. Riko was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. In the summer I think this would be a really wonderful place to stay.

Awesome little apartment, location is very close to restaurants and shops. Tipy Records have added lots of personal touches including recommendations for local sightseeing and even their own blend of coffee beans (complete with grinder, filters, etc).
Paid parking is available two doors from the property, and it’s a short walk to the station. The Lawson across the road is great for buying anything you need during your stay.
Very convenient for exploring the peninsula and Hakone if you have a car.

Excellcent location. Easy to hang out. The Odawara city is a place worthy to visit. Beautiful scene and many choices of restaurants around the station.
The saMa-saMa Stay is out of our expection. The landlord waited for us to brief the details of the house. The house was spacious, very very clean and tidy. Everything great. We have a warm and happy stay there.

Room is comfy, looks like refurbished old house. It has some nostalgic furnitures which is really good. Staff helped us a lot during check in and is friendly. It’s only one minute to the beach and location is very good, 10mins to Odawara Castle.

The apartment was bigger than expected. We booked the largest type on offer but didn't realise it had a separate bedroom in addition to the tatami room.
Although near the station and castle, we found it a quiet place to stay.

We were a family with 4 adults and a child that stayed here and the apartment was spacious enough. It was well equipped and even had mobile chargers. The host answered our questions promptly and was genuinely helpful regarding our baggage arriving by post. The futon mattresses here were much more comfortable than some of the other places we stayed in Japan. Hayakawa station that has connections to Odawara was a short walk from here.
I like the location. Not far from the train station. And few minutes walks from food and convenient stores.
Bed and shower room is clean. Good for a short stay and backpacker/ light travelling.
It's an apartment that you could actually live in, as opposed to a hotel room/typical AirBnB. Very spacious with all the facilities you'd need. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and accommodating to my requests to store luggage after checkout. Great location, close to Odawara station if traveling by train.
Top location, top facilities and top staff! Apartment is very nicely renovated, clean, well equipped and spacious. We were not used to futon beds but we knew that we would get that before we booked. Takes practicing :) Staff was super friendly and polite and explained the usage of the facilities to us. Odawara castle is in sight, bathed in sunrise. We think that the apartment is nicer than the ryokan in Hakone!
Stayed here April 2024. Happy with the apartment. Very clean standard Japan home. Got washing and dryer combo for laundry, induction cooktop, dehymidifier, etc. A view of the Odawara castle was a plus. Short walk to train station (JR, bullet train and Hakone Tazon line) and bus interchange so getting to Hakone was very easy. Alot of restaurants nearby, eg. Minaka and other street food. Staff was super helpful, friendly and speaks sufficient English. Also can hire ebikes at reception.
It was an amazing apartment. Great value for money. The place was very clean and the staff we very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time!
