For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. For the price, we thought this place was amazing value. It is very close to the JR Station and all flat walking. We came early and they let us store our bags before check in. Front desk had a digital translator which was great to bridge the communication gap.
The room had an antique feel. Carpet a bit old and worn yes, but slippers were provided. The breakfast was exceptional - heaps of choices and some English translations on the buffet. Onsen was enjoyable, if a bit confusing (see below) and the amenities provided were of good quality.
