The apartment is well equipped, it is walking distance from the world heritage area in Nikko. The best is the customer service! We were picked up at the train station and provided with excellent restaurants and hiking recommendations. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I like how spacious it is, with private onsen tub. They even provide cooking appliances which is very good for my family since we like to stay in and cook. Having a big tv projector right in front of two big beds are definitely a plus point.

It was nice and spacious for 2 people. 2 heat pumps nice and cosy. We messaged the host for extra pillows and other information and he came back straight away. Having a wm and drier for a small fee 500 was really great.

Great hotel for a short stay in Nikko, good quality for the price paid. The hotel was quite basic with a small room but it was very clean and overlooked the city/mountains. Same for the bathroom, it was clean but quite tight. Breakfast was basic but decent with a fixed breakfast each morning containing an egg, toast and a salad. Very good connection to the different activities in Nikko with its proximity to the station.
The apartment is very good, it is a whole house with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom, all very spacious and clean. The host was always in contact with us and was very kind, he even let us check in earlier than planned because there was availability. The beds are comfortable and the apartment has all the facilities. Arrival was very easy, he gave us a code with which we could enter.
We were picked up from the train station by the hostess who is incredibly friendly. She gave us great tips on hikes, restaurants and general tips on what to do and see in Nikko. The apartment itself is spacious, especially when you’re arriving from relatively cramped hotels in cities like Tokyo. Also really liked the traditional Japanese bedroom!
Excellent location, easy to walk to the main temples or take a bus to Lake Chuzenji. The apartment was spacious for 2 and very clean. The land lady was very responsive to our messages.
The host was very nice and spoke good English, she gave us a lot of advice about places to visit and where to eat, she even gave us information about local events and a map. If somethong was needed, she responded quickly. The flat was very clean and spacious, there was coffee/tea in the kitchen and some interesting books about the city and the area. We felt like at home!
Big apartment, with traditional lounge and bedroom area. Large kitchen with dining table and chairs. Very comfortable beds. Located VERY close to shrines and amongst cafes and restaurants. Kumica even came and picked us up from the train station!
This apartment is lovely , so clean and everything you could possibly want for your stay , kitchen has all you need if you want to cook and there are plenty of places to eat nearby! The host is so friendly and helped us choose somewhere dinner ( he has a great list showing what type of cuisine and location from the accommodation) highly recommended 😀
