Great location. Short walk to station and close to a number of nice restaurants. Definitely a tight fight especially if you have a lot of luggage (E.g a snow board bag) but that is expected for APA in Japan. Everything in the room is very convenient and makes any short stay easier. S
You get the whole apartment and there are plenty of different rooms available.
The garage is small but in the end it is fairly easy to park into. The closest gas station is nearby for easy refueling.
The location is good for reaching both the beach and the city center.
The apartment was new and very clean.
I arrived a bit earlier but the host was here to welcome me.
I read in earlier comments that the check-in process was complicated, but if you do it online before arriving it won't be a problem.
The place is quite small but enough for 2 people and for a couple of days.
We had the entire apartment to ourselves, spacious rooms and 2 toilets. The place was easy to find as well and they provided parking space, albeit it was very small so do check with host whether your car can fit, it was a tight squeeze for us and we drove a Sienta. Host provided toiletries and towels for showering, and very responsive when we couldnt find the wifi password. All in all a good stay :)
Great value for the money, super close to the station as well. If you are in Niigata for a short stay and need to be close to the train station this is the place!
Very convenient location right near the station for Shinkansen. The Sake tasting downstairs was amazing, and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great. Check in staff were professional and generous with information. Will stay here again, good for a short stay. Room remarkably spacious good size bath.
