Great little hotel. Check in is all sorted via email with login codes for hotel and room which was actually really handy. Room was a decent size for us abs the two kids. Having a washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great base to explore the area.

Parking lot has plenty of spaces, and even if it’s full there’s another designated parking lot available for use. Lovely room, view, and breakfast + dining room. Very chill atmosphere, right on the beach, walking distance to some attractions (underwater observation tower and glass-bottom boats) as well as some water sports available at the hotel (tubing, water-ski, etc). FamilyMart in the lobby which was incredibly convenient - especially considering Koki is pretty far away from any larger town. Our favourite restaurant was definitely Colombin, which was just across the street.

Large and spacious apartment, especially the common living room area which we enjoyed having as a large group. The furnishing was modern and clean, staff were friendly and helpful and you can purchase a drinks package for the bar at the lobby (but we did not). Very near attractions like Fruits Land and Pineapple Park as well as convenience stores nearby, there is also a great yakiniku place within walking distance. Free parking for our rental car
I really like how friendly and kind the staff are to their guests. Making food for them and giving lifts to the supermarket/bus terminal. The bed was extremely comfortable! It's a great space to meet people and socialise. Cheap car rental.
The hotel has a beachfront location and offers sea-view rooms, but charges extra for the sea view. Also, amenities like sunbeds and inflatable water slides come with additional charges. We paid extra for breakfast, but there were only two main dishes to choose from, along with some dessert and a drink. The food quality wasn't up to standard and wasn't delicious. Overall, this hotel isn't worth the money.
