Super prompt and friendly owner! Convenient location - walkable from station and to many excellent food joints, convenience stores and Donki (10 min walk). The apartment was clean and neat, and despite being by a road on the first floor, was very private and quiet.

This is a family-owned hostel, it's very traditional-Japanese style. The staff was all friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy. The Kitchen was amazing, pretty much got everything you need.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We decided to book the larger Deluxe Room with a Bathtub and were super happy with the size and the features of the room. It felt like a proper small apartment with a working space, a living room area and a very decently sized modern bath and two sinks. It was located on one of the upper floors, meaning we had a very nice view of Nagano as well.
I stayed in twin room so it's spacious enough for 1 person . The room was tidy and clean ,also was the bathroom
I loved the steam-iron that equipped in the rental area of each floor. The coin laundry was very good and convenient .
Staff member was polite and welcome.
This unprepossessing building housed a delightful and spacious flat. Spotlessly clean well equipped and comfortable beds. Very convenient location for the station.
The location close to the station is fantastic and practical for a short stay. The staff is very helpful in checking in. The room is small, but comfortable enough for one person and all utilities in the room are so modern
Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of Japanese dishes.
Fantastic position, really lovely apartment. We thought there was a problem with one of the fan/lights and someone came to fix it straight away! (It was working fine; I had hidden the switch under my coat!)
Was also excellent to have access to Netflix.
Location was amazing - for a short stay its right by the train station with a convenience store nearby. Easy to access the train as well as go around the city.
The room was simple, and large enough for out luggage and to comfortable lounge around.
Check-in was fast and efficient, and the hotel offers complimentary hair, skin care, etc. at the lobby that you can bring up and use in your room.
