the location was very convenient for getting on the trains, shopping etc…the shower and multiple bedrooms with lots of space made it very good for groups.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment home located in a nice family neighborhood, close to the Kamikita House dorm that my daughter recently moved into. Check-in was quick and easy and the owner was wonderful! The unit is walkable to many restaurants, 7/11, the grocery store, and the train station. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet.
The space was well-appointed with a fridge, microwave, a toaster oven for cooking, and a kettle for tea. I appreciated all the little conveniences like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Having a washing machine was great! If you like the convenience of staying in an apartment, this one is a great option. It was reasonably priced and a great value overall.

The Suite was very clean and quite spacious as it was very comfortable for our family of 5. The location is easily accessible as it is a 5 minute walk from the subway. There are 2 supermarkets very close to the apartment. Overall excellent stay :)

We loved everything about the property! First on the list, the owner Yumi san is a great host. I contacted her thru Line on the day of the check-in and she is very responsive to all my questions. She assisted us during check-in and explained the facilities. She is also very fluent in english that's why we didn't had a hard time communicating even in person. Next is the room. It might sound like an exaggeration but the room is squeaky clean. The floors are clean, the bed is nicely made, the TV is a huge smart tv ready with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are even complimentary snacks! The cooking pans and utensils are complete and we were able to prepare meals throughout our stay. There is a closet with hangers to keep our clothes and luggages, there is an automatic washing machine, oven toaster, microwave oven, kettle, wireless charger, and humidifier. Towels are provided and Yumi even asked us if we needed more. Lastly, the location of the property is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area which are all walking distance. Over all, this accommodation is the best one we've stayed at so far.
