Great location, just a few minutes walk to the town center. Landlady is very friendly and live next door.
The house is very Japanese style and that is what we are looking for. It has a parking but unfortunetaly we couldnot hire a car due to licence issue.
Rooms are cold in winter as there are only portable heaters and need to turn off during sleep. Guess that is what we need to deal with in order to trade off for an Japanese tranditional house.

We loved staying here. A lot of space for our family of 7 (5 kids) and very comfortable. So quiet and peaceful and the home had everything you could need and more. The monkey park is very close. We'd love to stay here again one day (in winter with the snow would be amazing). Such a great place to stay

My stay there was lovely! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this place. The space was really huge and it was accessible by car. The hosts were also prompt in their response and very kind and helpful! It was a good stay.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
It’s cosy, very clean and a set up like the local home experience. I have a short stay however, it’s wonderful. Thank you for the informative guide around the village, also helpful staff accommodating to my late check in
There was a kitchen with free Tea and Coffee to use, also a fridge with drinks thagt could be purchased. Shower room was pretty cold so I heated it up by letting a little bit of warm water run. Other than that, everything was great.
Such a beautiful hidden gem at kusatsu onsen town! Super close to everything & even though there is a road out the front it is really quiet. The host/owner, Hiromi- we loved Hiromi! He is so friendly & accommodating, free beverages is a great touch, unit was very clean & beautiful japanese interior with 3 bedrooms, one with futons on the floor japanese style, and a large double bed in the open studio area. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this to anyone going to kusatsu
Extremely traditional Japanese apartment located just right outside Yubatake. Immersive experience, extremely lovely owner, amenities such as a washer, heating, bath, kitchen etc., with a conbini and supermarket (relatively) close by, all easily accessible by walking or car (parking is sometimes a rarity however).
The host is very nice. He picked us up at the bus station and drove us back when we left. The apartment is spacious and has it's own private hot spring :D laundry hanging was prepared and we could wash our stuff, which was brilliant. The neighborhood is quiet, which we liked very much, even if it is a 20 min walk into the village center.
This is a classic Japanese Onsen hotel. Huge facilities, great amenities.
They have a free shuttle to everywhere, bus station, city center, ski park, etc.
The staff, as expected in Japan, is amazing - super friendly, helpful, and will always try their best.
The food was ok. They also have a great souvenir shop, ski gear rental shop, and loads of entertainment options like Ping-Pong, arcade games, and even 4 bowling alleys!
