Really cozy! Two floors of Japanese style apartment which is just 15 min walk away from Okayama station.
Equipped with kitchen equipment and BBQ stuffs that we can cook and enjoy the meal. The check in time is set up at 18:00 but the host arranged to 15:30 since we’ve asked a head! Which is really helpful because my parents need to rest then. We have a good time during the stay.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful house and I cannot recommend it enough. The space is not that big but it is really well organised. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked our own food there. Right outside there is also a washing machine which was super convenient. If you come with a car there is a parking spot right outside and it is also possible to use the bikes but we did not have time for it unfortunately.
The area where the apartment is located is also very quiet which made for a great night sleep. The communication with the host was perfect and there is a very convenient self check in mechanism.
Overall this accommodation deserves all the stars I could give. 100% recommended if you are staying in Okayama!
