Cleanliness and comfortable. It had all the things that we need for a week stay. No bugs and neighborhood was quiet. Coin laundry right next door and a big supermarket was close by. Also big thanks to having a smoking area. Good value for the price. The flat enough for 2 people to stay.

Very close to the station, apartments got all you might need for a long stay. New towels every day, Shampoo, Soap and Conditioner comes with the room. Light self-served breakfast in the mornings.
Not in central Tokyo, but very well connected, so places like Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, are quite easy to reach and not too far. The apartment is big, clean, and has everything one might need. Staff is really nice.
It were only less than 10 min walk from train station, so it was not too far to walk. The elevator was comfortable cause of the suitcases.
The apartment was spacious and clean. Enough space to open few suitcases. If there is a chance I would stay here again.
The body shampoo, shampoo and treatment are scentless. Just for information if you want to bring your own good smelling stuff with you.
Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen.
The staff was very friendly, had a very good level of English which is difficult to find in Japan. They helped with every request we had in a very kind way.
Micro apartment had everything and more to survive including working appliances, lots of lighting, air conditioner, table to eat, bath, shower head, washing machine and balcony. It was so quiet, the area is quite rowdy but easy to deal with and felt very safe in the building during the stay.
The apartment was 5 mins walk from station. We got the 2nd floor 202. Got lift, so no problem for our 2 big luggage. Amenities was complete. Seki was a friendly person.
Great size for a couple, nicely arrange, have what you expect for a small apartment, the host was very nice, close to the train (like 3-4 min walk), and you can get to central tokyo in 20 minutes, super market and don quijote are available and near, some really nice place to eat around, and if you stay long enough there is also a gym 2 blocks from there.
Overall, we would reserve another week if we could.
The apartment is definitely more spacious compared to hotel rooms. There is iron which is nice.
We had a pleasant surprise on our last day when we found a bakery nearby (10 mins walking distance) which serves super good french toast and pastries!
