The hosts were super nice!! They were very welcoming and helpful. The location was prime with a 7-11 right next door. The accommodations were very clean and perfect for the price we paid. I would highly recommend staying here.

There were four things that I really liked. 1. Close to an awesome bakery for breakfast, 2) Close to the supermarket , 3) Close to Lawsons, and 4) Close to the onsen.

Truly an amazing gem in Karuizawa, I visited this town just for the hotel and was not disappointed. The staff are all very attentive and helpful, the facilities are clean and beautiful, my standard room was bigger than my apartment and the bed and pillows super comfy. The breakfast here is out of this world, the best I’ve ever had, and the spa is also amazing, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool and cold tub and sauna as well. I was able to thoroughly relax and enjoy some down time away from the city, I will definitely come again some time!
It’s a ski resort. The equipment rental and cable car ticket office are just steps away from the lobby. There are various ski schools available as well. It’s friendly for families with young children as you don’t need to walk too far to the school or ski rental. There’s also an outlet nearby so people who don’t ski can go shopping so it caters to everyone’s needs.
The apartment is very spacious and clean. Provided with all the necessary kitchen utensils and electrical appliances.
Location is excellent. Just walking distance from JR Sinkansen, local subway station and bus terminal too.
Good location, in between train station and old Ginza area of cute eateries and shops.
Easy bike rental on site, good for exploring further areas.
Staff Mr Yang is polite and professional. Wonderful.
