The staff were super friendly and helpful. When I was thinking about renting a bicycle overnight so I don't have to walk over to the rental shop every day, they offered to keep it in a safe place at night. Super helpful.
The contactless check-in/out process was easy thanks to clear instructions. We never stayed in lodging converted from containers before. This turned out to be a positive experience. It feels like a real apartment with modern amenities all built in. Strong and hot shower. Separate toilet (washlet) from bath. Laundry machine (washer only) and drying rack. View of the inland sea is beautiful. Sleeping quarter is a bit tough because we had to crawl under low ceiling. The futons are very comfortable, though.
