Total self-check in. Was a longish walk from station (+15 minutes). Station is only 2 stops from airport, which makes this place ideal for transit stay. Clean, good value. Small room with 2 futons. Bathroom/shower is OK. Great fish restaurant within walking distance. Overall a good choice for one night stay.

The room is clean and the facitilies are enough to my needs (fridge, microwave, plates and cup, toiletries, washing machine too). Air conditioner is in good quality.
The staffs are friendly. We arrive early and leave our luggage in the room earlier than plan, but the staff still allow us to do so and continues his cleaning duty.

This hotel was great! We requested a late check in that got even later due to flight delays (00:30am) and they were very helpful. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean with all the toiletries you need provided. Small rooms but perfectly comfortable especially for a short stay after a long long day of travelling. Would highly recommend if you’re flying into or out of KIX!
Amazing location for the airport
Recommended if you have to travel to the airport at an inconvenient time. They have a complimentary shuttle to the airport, however it was booked out. It is however a very easy and short walk to the station which goes to the airport.
Facilities were nice, the breakfast was delicious, the apartment was quite spacious for Japan which was a nice surprise.
I had a rental car and parking for the night next door was very easy. The large 'Family Mart' store was in house with every thing you could ask for and very well stocked
By far the best airport hotel! Perfect location for car return / rental. They have shuttle bus service in between hotel and airport (you just need to book online)
The room is excellent super clean and fully equip with all you can imagine to get from the rental apartment. Also, It is so spacious we are family of 5 and very comfy while stay. We would recommend! We will come back ageing for sure.
