Staff was great, female staff went above and beyond to accommodate our friends who had different arrival times and gave a a ride to a local store. She was very attentive and the on site bar/restaurant "Iori" was great serving excellent food and cocktails

Great location, newly built, relatively quiet during our stay as nobody stayed next door (connecting door in the living room on 1F). Likely best to rent out the entire cabin if you have a big group.

I like how it instantly makes you feel like home and how friendly and helpful the staffs (esp. Taylor, Sarah & Cory) are. They have shuttle to pick up and drop off which is very helpful. They provide microwaves, rice cooker, eating and drinking appliances, even salt pepper soy sauce. The pool and chess table, lounge lobby area, game room on the 2nd floor makes it so fun for the kids, they even provide snow tools to play with right outside it.
