It's located upstair of an art gallery(?), not far from Hamamatsu station. I can walk around to restaurants and bars easily. I was a bit confused at check-in since there're check-in tablet at first floor. But once you checked-in online, you can get directly to the room and use the keycode sent in private message to unlock the door.
The room is spacious with 4 beds and kitchen table. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Love that there's a space for dressing in the bathroom.

Ryokan was comfortable, staff (especially Kuwaba-san) were very helpful and attentive, and the food was excellent.
I left a bag at the Shin Yokoyama car rental station. But i had no worries as the staff arranged for it to be delivered by the next day.
The staff found out it was our wedding anniversary and took a nice picture that made for wonderful memories!
