鞆猫庵 Tomo Nyahn, hotel in Fukuyama

Situated in Fukuyama and only 200 metres from Fukuzen-ji Temple, 鞆猫庵 Tomo Nyahn features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Excellent Location and Value, Superb Room and Host Stay location was perfect, a small walk to most sightseeing spots and port to Sensui Island Also its right next to a temple and housing to cats The value you get for this stay is incredible, the entire place is beautiful, but it does get cold at night though but still the value for what you pay is worth it, almost feel spoiled with the spacious and clean rooms. The host were very helpful, kind and welcoming - recommended many great spots , one spot I highly recommend is the nearby restaurant Kichi - the owner is super welcoming and cool. Loved this stay and was the perfect stay for 2 nights in Tomonoura Highly recommend and I would 100 percent stay again

笠岡 潮待ちHOTEL, hotel in Fukuyama

笠岡 潮待ちHOTEL, a property with a terrace, is situated in Fushigoe, 3.8 km from Hourseshoe Crab Museum, 14 km from Kushino Terrace Museum, as well as 15 km from Midoricho Park.

We needed to sleep six and were told that we needed three apartments, each of which was big enough to sleep three people so we had difficulty understanding why we needed three apartments. It turned out that there were regulations forbidding six people in an apartment and this was why we had to rent three, two people sleeping in each. As it turned out, in one apartment there were someone's personal things lying about in one of the rooms and a note on the door that we should not use enter that room. In a second room, there were no lights so clearly we were not supposed to use that either. In the third apartment, the double bed had a nasty secondhand mattress. This was all a bit off-putting, but once we got past that and all settled into the one apartment that we could sleep in, we found that the apartment was very nice, all very nice and clean so we were quite happy, and the remaining beds were in new condition. The parking was round the corner in an unlit area behind the shopping centre so at night that was a bit worrying, but it turned out okay as the area is very quiet and safe. The apartment building is next to the train tracks, but you did not hear the trains from inside the apartment. Security to the building was good. All in all we were very comfortable there. Great izakaya restaurant near the station, and the Seaside Mall shopping centre was good, with a nice restaurant sharing the car park. Kasaoka is a very sweet and quiet town. Easy train connections to Okayama and Fukuyama.

Loved the apartment with a great bed to sleep. There's also a bathroom with shower but why would you when there is a public bath available. The yukata you can use is locally designed and looked gorgeous The hotel is also perfectly central located close to the station and Fukuyama castle.

Super cozy and clean room that large enough to flat my 24-inch luggage and still have plenty space to move around. Comfortable bed and beautiful hotel-branded indoor wear yukata, which I was regret not purchasing one set to take them home. Great location with only minutes away from the JR station and bus terminal. Easy access to visiting spot like Tomonoura. Definitely a place I would choose again when visiting Fukuyama next time.

Hotel is an old apartment block but the room is very comfortable and stylish. The denim-based items in the room are very attractive. Staff are top-notch and the hotdog breakfast is a very good idea!

beautiful loft room, great location, and really kind staff (after I messed up my dates and rocked up a whole day early 🫣 omg! 😰 doh 😣, they kindly sourced me a extra night in a different room, and then even moved my bags for me while I was day tripping to tonomoauri. Ultimately the kindness and compassion is invaluable beyond words, when you are solo traveling, mess up and panic that you’re going to have nowhere to sleep that night). The cafe also does a great breakfast and coffee x

This hotel was not like ordinary city hotel but more like apartment. Room was small but newly refurbished and cozy. Location was reasonably close from the train station and the area around was peaceful. Breakfast was simple - sandwich, fresh juice and coffee, it was good enough for me. I didn't see any negative point with this hotel.

Great location, very clean, and modern. Great privacy - I almost felt like I was staying at an apartment room. Nice breakfast with local ingredients. Good free Wi-Fi speed, and all room lights can be turned on/off from the bed - well thought given from the customer’s perspective. Simply beyond expectation.
