Never been to enoshima before so we didnt expect too much about this accomodation. And turned out it surprised us, in a very good term.
There is no reception staff, but upon our arrival, they gave us an email filled with instructions and details how to get to the place, how to get to our room and how to open the room door. Everything about the house was explained in detail, including how to use all the kitchen or bathroom equipment. Just like a very thoroughly manual book.
There are 2 rooms with 3 beds. You can only imagine how happy my kids were, knowing they get 1 bed each only for themselves 🤣. The bed, bed linen, all perfect, we all sleep like a baby that night.
It really just like a home for us. There was a living room with tv, kitchen with all the equipments and dining room, bathroom with a tub, wastafel, shower, and a washing machine.
Location also very good. Walking distance from Enoshima Station and Shonan Monorail Station. It also close to the beach, Enoshima Island, Enoshima Aquarium etc.

Room was huge and although there were only four of us, there were beds for 7 in the room! Two beds on the floor of the unit (great for people who can’t climb a ladder to a loft) and 5 futon beds over two separate loft bedrooms. My kids LOVED the lofts! Spotlessly clean, great kitchen space, large fridge. And the cafe had the best coffee we’ve ever had in Japan and we have tried a lot of places! This was a great base to visit nearby attractions such as enoshima and Kamakura and a short train to Hakone too.

Very clean very functional. The owner provides all the services including the car rental with very good price. The introduction book with all the info you need, including transportation, scenery you should go, nice restaurant nearby. High recommended.
The owner is very lovely and accommodating. It was my first time in Japan from Nigeria and I couldn’t speak any Japanese words but she tried her best to explain things and even went ahead to take me to apartment agencies when I told her I was looking for an apartment.
