We chose this hotel because it’s near the Aomori station and a car rental company. Staff were nice. Breakfast was great. Room was small but manageable for 2 nights stay. Lobby was cozy offering European decoration and classical music playing in background - a contrasting theme to the small, slow-life Japanese town downstair.
The rooms are big and spacious. We live the community space such as the living and dining area. We are also happy with the cleanliness of the apartment.
Very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and wonderful dinners. Staff were quietly attentive to our large group seating and meal requirements. Very close to the nature treks and Ropeway. Getting around in a rental car would be very useful.
We stayed in 3 adults-room. comfortable and clean, location is great, nice walking around. easy walk to rental car company near by, train station, A building shopping, fish market. As usual in Japan, staff can speak simple english, google translate always helpful, but complicated requests might need extra time to explain.
The owner was really kind and could give me basic instructions in english. The property and my room looked really clean, and the shared facilities as well. Bed was super comfortable. Tea and chocolates were also available in the room. Location was perfect: very convenient if you're having a short stay in Aomori and don't plan to explore the outskirts, as everything you may need is there: JR station, Nebuta Warasse Museum, tourism information building, A-Factory, restaurants, convenience stores and fish markets. Everything is there.
