I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Shelton. The apartment exceeded expectations in terms of how comfortable I felt. It was exceptionally clean, very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Mika, the host was very responsive and any requests were dealt with promptly. Ms Nola upstairs was very gracious and warm which made me feel comfortable and safe. It really felt like my home-from-home. I loved the keyless access, it made me feel free not having to carry a key every time I left the apartment and it felt secure. I also liked that the bedroom was lockable by key on the outside, meaning that there was that little bit of extra security and peace of mind. I felt a sense of peace and safety staying at the Shelton and I will surely return.

We stayed here for a night to rest after our journey but it would also be the eve of our anniversary and I had requested if the host could do any cute touches to celebrate this. Renae went above and beyond expectations! Rose petals from the entry to the bed, wine on ice, happy anniversary banner and love music greeting us as we opened the door on the large smart tv! Whew! And this was all complimentary!! Our interactions before and during our stay were also very pleasant, accommodating and respectful. Renae is an awesome host with an affordable yet very modern and clean space. What you see in the images is what you get- no pretense. A lovely, well-appointed rest spot here in St James, central to many restaurants, stores etc. We've found our second home in St James and will visit again in the future.

Clean spacious with all the facilities needed in a self catering apartment. The area is close to the beautiful beach and lots of gift shops nearby. Safe area to walk around late in the evening.
This little studio apartment was attractive and comfortable, with a good bed, good bathroom and everything that I needed for preparing my meals and whatever wasn't there was quickly provided by the host. The surroundings, in a residential neighbourhood, were quiet and there was a lovely view of garden and surrounding hills.
Kay, the host, provided exceptional assistance and valuable information. She promptly addressed all our phone calls, text messages, and emails, ensuring we were well-informed until the day we arrived. The condominium was clean and offered ample space, while the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities we required. The view from the balconies were an added bonus.
I found the location a little difficult to find but receiving directions from the owner was most helpful. Despite the location the studio apartments proved good value for money. The room were spotless and had a homely feel. Will be staying at the Three Palm Villas again whenever in Montego Bay.
The location and it's proximity to the airport makes it ideal. Property is kitted out very well to accommodate self catering, includes an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, good size domestic fridge, a sizeable family cooker etc. A good size living room, the main bedroom has a well proportioned desk.
Access to the pool and the seaview... Really enjoyed our very short stay but it's on our list of places to return to...
The host even helped to arrange a taxi to the airport.
Right in the heart of Hip strip, beach is literally across the street ! Condos are very roomy, and very quiet. Views are amazing! Balcony has table with chairs to sit outdoors and enjoy view, and also lounge char. Tuns of shopping and places to get local food just out front of condo. (Do not use Canadian money! U will loose your shirt! Best to go with plenty of Jamaican currency,)
The beach is $15 US a day for chair and entrance. Should be free for price of condo rental because it does add up
The location was great, and when we raised issues the host was responsive which we were grateful for. Property is very spacious, for a rental apartment, and its airy if all doors and windows are opened. Some time and money spent updating and modernising and this would be a great stay.
