Wonderful freshly renovated apartments with a fantastic view of the Geislergruppe Mountains in St. Magdalena. The hosts in the adjacent Hotel Tyrol greeted us warmly, helped with information about activities in the area, and also provided a "Dolomiti Card" for all of us that allowed free or discounted use of public transportation and numerous discounts for parking and attractions in the area.
Behind the apartment directly is a path leading up to the famous viewpoint of the St. Magdalena church with the mountains as a backdrop. The setting is serene, with a small brook running down the hill providing the relaxing sound of running water. Numerous picnic tables, chairs and a hammock are available in the apartments front yard. The hotel has a restaurant (we didn't try it because our kids mostly live off chicken nuggets and fries).
Parking is easy and convenient just to the side of the apartment. Lots of hiking from here, or a short drive or ride from here. We traveled with kids 8 and 4, and were very comfortable, and the kids loved it. One of their favorite things was just walking downhill next to the bridge in town and playing in the river. Highly recommended for families.

Everything about this property is wonderful! The apartment is so comfortable, clean and has views like no other. The bed is very comfortable. It’s peaceful and quiet. The owners/hosts were helpful with information about hiking, dining and groceries. We will definitely return to stay here and explore the Dolomites more!

Comfortable clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful garden, perfect location as a base for exploring Val Di Funes. Everything is so well maintained and the view from the garden is also amazing. Barbara is such a nice host and provided us with all the information we needed. She even helped to print out a document we needed for visiting our next destination.

Very privacy homestay. During our visit, i cannot see the serounding view due to heavy snow and foggy. But i love the toilet with good water pressure with bath tub.

Supermodern apartment in St. Magdalena with amazing views and all the amenities you’ll need. The place is a few meters from the bus stop to Brixen and Zans (a good start for your hikes). The host was extremely helpful and let us have a late checkout. 11/10.

Best location , breathtaking view from our windows. The Apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed. The host was very friendly. This was the only "well-heated" apartment we stayed in the Dolomites.
