The house was cool when we arrived, very clean, comfortable and super quiet, a perfect stop between two long stretches of driving, easy parking too..”The owners were incredibly nice, super communicative, the most I have ever had through booking.com, even booked us a table at the local restaurant (typical regional dishes, opened in 1933) which is 1.5km away, and we were happy to walk that distance after hours of sitting in the car, envenime though it’s along a road, it wasn’t a problem at all.. We are very impressed by the care Alessandro and Francesca showed us.

The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. There is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is well stocked. The apartment is excellent for a family. It was not so relevant to us because we only came for one night. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There is also parking, which was very important to us.
For us, it was important that the apartment was clean and to enter it on time: 14:00-15:00. The latter did not happen. As a result, all the plans for which we came to Rapallo were ruined: we were supposed to sail to Portofino at 16:00 (that's why we came to Rapallo) and we didn't make it. We were very disappointed

Neighborhood was very cute, and wonderful views. The house is just perfect for 2adults+2kids if it’s a short stay. Everything was super clean. Hosts were great. We booked the place quite last minute but they’ve answered to us promptly and were very helpful. There is a nice and colorful playground just around the corner, perfect for toddlers
The internal equipment of the apartment was new, fully functional. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony, or dinner, drink on the terrace. Parking right at the entrance was nice. We didn't miss the air conditioning at all, even though it was really hot.
The owners are very attentive and friendly people. The apartments are fully equipped and the bed is comfortable. The house is located on a mountain with a beautiful view of the surroundings, a quiet place. A narrow road leads to the house, but it is not long, about 300 meters. Parking is available. Not far away are shops, refueling . The location is convenient for exploring the nearby towns of Recco, Camogli and also Genoa and other beautiful places in Liguria.
