This is a separate apartment located on the first floor of a family house. The house is located literally at the end of a gravel road and to find it you must follow the instructions that will be given to you by the hosts. You have the possibility to park your car safely inside the yard of the house. The apartment itself is not very big, but it has everything necessary for a family of four. Most importantly, there is an air conditioner (invaluable on hot days), a refrigerator, hot water in the bathroom, clean towels and kitchenware (there is no restaurant or shop nearby) with which you can prepare some basic meals (pasta for example). In front of the apartment there is a garden where you and your children can relax at the end of the day. The hostess who welcomed us was very nice and tried to help, although she struggled with english.

Excellent location, far away from the hustle and bustle, a very calm and quiet place, yet very convenient if you want to do some sightseeing around. A very spacious apartment in an authentic stone building, stylishly decorated and very well equipped, a joy to be inside. A large pool, never too crowded, sun chairs and umbrellas all around, a very quiet place to chill with a book in the sunshine with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. All this managed by very helpful, generous and discrete hosts. Last but not least, this place is sooo dog friendly! Thanks a lot!!!

Great location just outside of the old city walls next to a beautiful park, but close enough to be in the centre of town within mins by foot. The welcome was very friendly and efficient. Resources guides were made available in advance with restaurant suggestions nearby etc. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic bathroom/shower. Even the upstairs neigbours were helpful and friendly when it came to parking. All in, a great find!

We liked everything—from the amazing view to just being in the apartment, which felt like home. You feel warm and at ease. It is equipped with all the utensils you may need in any circumstances. Even breakfast might surprise you. You would want to live here, not just stay for a few days. Instead of heavy traffic and crowds, you are welcomed with the soothing sounds of nature.
We stayed 2 nights.Very clean and lots of extras provided in the fridge and for breakfast.Kitchen was reasonably equipped.The stairs to bedroom were easy to negotiate.Steep hill to the property so we drove our car to the free car park to go to the supermarket and the town( very close and easy to find on google)Pool and pool area really nice( very clean)Shower was fantastic - lots of hot water and pressure- the best. Lovely outdoor seating in front of the apartment with a view .Hosts were friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much
We had such a wonderful stay here that we immediately booked another. The owners are lovely, helpful, and attentive. They obviously take great pride in this property! The apartments are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The pool is a wonderful addition. And the air conditioning came in very handy during the heatwave. We absolutely love it here and would come back any time. Highly recommend.
Paolo met us with the key, even though it was after midnight and our flight was late.
The apartment (and whole house) is lovingly renovated. Paolo and his wife are the most incredibly generous and kind hosts, and nothing was too much trouble.
We loved our stay there and will be back!
The area is beautiful. We took the wild swimming Italy book with us and visited a different one every day- our favourite was Tre Pozzi. Urbino city is stunning too. Thank you Paolo for your kindness and see you again.
