We stayed as a couple for 5 nights and had an amazing time here. The host was incredibly hospitable and nice, and even treated us with some complimentary sicilian white wine. The apartment was very clean, nice and well-equipped with all the necessary stuff you would need for a your stay. It was also well located, with about 2 minutes walking distance to the nearest groceries (which were just around the corner), and the nearest pharmacy. Walking distance to the city centre was about 15 minutes, which fitted us well, as we enjoy walking quite a lot. Since it’s a ground floor apartment, and we are talking about Palermo here, we have seen a cockroach twice, but i wouldn’t consider that a con, since there really isn’t much to do about it. Overall amazing experience, would recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Palermo :)

I had a lovely vacation in Palermo and really liked this apartment. Fresh decoration, cozy, well equipped, supermarket Conad is very close to the place. Nice balcony with a good view where I had my breakfasts. In the whole very nice experience.

We highly recommend this apartment, high level of cleanliness, close to public transport, close to supermarket, restaurants, beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. We recommend it especially to families with children and less friends because there is a shared kitchen and everyone may have different preferences, but there is no problem, you can ask for additional keys, we will definitely remember Palermo for a long time, an amazing place and the adventure of a lifetime, there are many attractions and unique places, best regards from my husband ;-) Sicily will stay in our hearts forever ❤️

The apartment is located in nice quiet area, surrounded by garden of olive trees. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities. Our apartment had a little balcony facing to the backyard, where we had breakfast every morning. The owner Giuseppe is very friendly and willing to help you in any thing you need about sightseeing and good restaurants for locals.

Nice apartment in a semi-detached house in outskirt of a village. Spacious living room, nice bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Terrace is great, and the washing room also comfortable outside of the apartment. Safe parking, 30 minutes to Palermo.
What the basement accommodation lacked in size and comfort was more than compensated for by passion and friendliness of the owners. They were very communicative with helpful and clear instructions. They were welcoming and friendly when we finally met and tolerant of our lack of communication due to phone troubles. Treats (wine, fruit etc...) waiting in the studio were a lovely gesture and the comprehensive chat regarding local facilities went a long way in ensuring our stay was a very pleasant one.

Airport is close (20 min), so it is Mondello beach (25 min) and Palermo (35 min).
