The property was restructured recently, so the apartment was clean, good condition, and comfortable. The bathroom is extrememly modern, which is why we really liked it. If you have a car, the location of the apartment is strategic, because you can reach Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca in max 30 minutes. It is possible to park the car outside the property, even though it’s not the apartment’s own parkins spot.
The apartment is spacious with the lovely outdoor patio that features the large dining table and built in barbecue. The distance between the property and the sea is about 120 yards. The road traffic is quiet in the area so it is perfect for either walking, jogging or cycling.
Apartments have been converted and furnished to a high standard. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun beds. Mostly quiet and lovely sunset from roof terrace. Allessandro was very helpful and always available by phone.
Very beautiful, newly built and stylish structure with amazing salt water pool! Our apartment had everything we need, all high quality furnishings from natural materials like stone and wood, and even a dishwasher. Also a big shaded terrace with huge table in front of the apartment for breakfast or lunch. Very comfortable!!! Not to forget amazing rooftop terrace for sunset!! Very well equipped, modern and beautiful apartment. Living room and both sleeping rooms equipped with air conditioning. Huge terrace with Hollywood swing, perfect for having coffee in the morning. Sea view from terrace and 2 minutes walk to the sea. It is possible to get into the water with shoes. A few restaurants in walking distance. Supermarkets also nearby by car. Extremely gentle and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the experience a lot.
The apartment had a great balcony and 2 bedrooms. bathroom was good and the facilities in the kitchen were good. The street was very quiet. Please note that this is a holiday let and as a result you need to bring your own linen or pay for the hosts linen.
