Someone came and met us in the town when we arrived to give us the key. They were very hospitable! The only thing I would say is that it was a bit confusing to check in. Nevertheless we had an exceptional stay! There’s a sauna and steam which we used and the unit itself was brand new. Beautiful view of Ponte di Legno!

Very clear indications were provided to enter the property and find the parking slot. The owner showed up on check-out and I was happy to have the possibility to talk to him in person, and explain why we didn't like our stay. I much appreciate that he listened to me without reacting or finding justifications (as did the lady who I talked to first), he was a nice, friendly person to talk to, and seemed genuinely interested in knowing what went wrong.

Location was really nice, easy access to the lift. The view from our apartment was beautiful. Much appreciated the garage place too. Also nice to have a balcony.
The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It was big enough for us...the nearest slope is 2 minutes away from the apartment with car. There is a big parking place by the slope so it shouldn't be a problem to find a parking place. Or you can drive to Ponte di Legno, it's about 10 minutes drive and you can park near the gondola that takes you higher to Passo Tonale
Lovely apartment in Alpine style house with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range, in a quiet location, however with excellent link (within 5 minutes walk) to the nearest ski lift offering direct access the entire skiable domain in Ponte Tonale. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Parking on site. The house has a modern bathroom and generally new amenities.
The apartment was located at a good spot, couple of minutes by car from skiing facilities.
There was also nice little groceries store 50m away, although it was hard to guess the opening times (Sunday morning it was open, but evening not and also Monday morning not).
We haven't met the host, but she was very responsive when we had an issue (gas bomb ran out during evening cooking and the handyman came within 45 minutes to replace it)
The apartment is on the top floor of a small building complex and is near the ski lifts (100m). The property has its own parking garage and ski box and walking distance from the village centre where you can find restaurants. A ski rental shop is also close by, on the other side of the parking lot closest to the ski lifts.
The owners had also left a welcoming panettone, Nespresso coffee capsules, jam and biscuits.
