House was very clean, very remote location, stunning views down the mountain and 3 big rooms all with double beds. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to cook for 6 people if you needed to (we were only 2 people)

I was very sceptical for the town itself, but we enjoyed it at the moment, we arrived. The street where the property is was closed so I walked to find it. And it was a shop for cloths, but the owner was so cute, and no matter of not speakign English, I understoof everything very easy. He showed me the apartment (had left welcome fruits and water in the fridge). He informed me that the breakfast is in a cafe, 100m away (just next to the second chirch ), with the vouchers, which he had left in the kitchen. He explained us about the chirches, the monastery, the carbon area. There were a lot of information books in the apartment about the area and whole Calabria. He made a reservation for us in a small cute restaurant, 100m away, with the best wild mushroom's pasta and local black pig ribs ( you have to try them). And on the next day we got a small local present from the owner. The apartment is in a walking disctance to everywhere. There is only one thing to have in mind by booking this apartment, it is on the first floor and the only access is through staircase. Parking is possible on the main street free of charge(not in front, because it is a pedestrian area in the evening ) or at the back spot.

With familly had a wonderful stay at these cozy and welcoming apartments with a terrace overlooking the sea. The place was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, towels, and even some spices and coffee left by previous guests. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The location is convenient, close to both shops and the beach.
The host met us at the bus stop in the center, showed us around the key spots, and drove us to the apartment. The place is very peaceful and quiet, and we never heard or saw the neighbors.
Although the host doesn’t speak English, we managed perfectly with an online translator, and everything went smoothly.
If you’re choosing, I highly recommend the 2nd and 3rd houses at Nina’s House – they come with a terrace overlooking the sea and offer a great experience.

I had an amazing solo stay at Nina’s House. The flat was perfect—spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The stunning view of the surrounding area was truly breathtaking and added so much to the experience.
Andrea, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond by offering a bottle of wine as a thoughtful courtesy and some local bio products, which made me feel very welcome.

We were excited to spend some time in Stilo looking at historic buildings and Casa Vacanza Leo was perfect for this. The apartment is located in the historic center and is well organized, spotless and comfortable, and the host is gracious. No one else was staying there when we were visiting so we had the entire apartment to ourselves. Google Maps has the street names mixed up so we couldn’t quite find the building, but our host came out and found us - simple enough!
It a good location, close to the Catolica where you can go on night and see a beautiful panorama of the village. The apartment is very clean and has a kitchen with everything you need. Mario and Fila are the nicest people we ever met. They take you to the parking spots available and then drive you to the property. Very attentive, generous and reliable if you need anything. It was a delight to have met such decent and hard working people. They give you all the information you need about the places worth visiting.
This was an amazing place. The owner makes you feel at home, they receive you in a very nice and polite way. Show you where is the accommodation, where to park and places to visit. The price is very good price and the apartment exceed my expectations. This proves that an accommodation should not be so expense to be good. Mario, the owner has a project that allows people to visit the beautiful city of Stilo without to spend so much money. I will definitely comes back.
