The owner Leo is a amazing host and very helpful! Property is within walking distance from the beach (with lovely boardwalk) - although the footpath is next to a road it was not busy during the winter. A supermarket is across the road and a large shopping centre a couple of miles away. The roof terrace is amazing - it’s private and not shared as the description suggests. Quiet residential area and secure parking just outside the flat (cctv in place). Comfortable bed. Washing machine, kettle and freezer were very handy to have!

A wonderful one bedroom apartment, 100m from the main street of Bernalda. You can park your car 2 meters from the apartment entrance. The furniture and fixtures were brand new and well chosen. In the living room there was a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. Wi-Fi internet is OK. The host is kind and friendly. I recommend this property.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We were met by Roberto who was very friendly and showed around the apartment which was spacious and clean. We chose CasaMare Marrone for its location close to the sea which is a 5-10minute drive. The location is quiet and has secure parking. There is a decent 'Penny' supermarket in nearby Scanzano.
We only stayed one night on route and it is a lovely place for a short stay. I wish my languages were better. Anna and her husband are charming . They recommended a very nice local restaurant. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, great shower. Everything we needed.
Excellent Host/ess who reacted very flexibly and quickly to our requests and the minor problems. Tasteful and well-equipped apartment with space for a small family. Access to the clean beach (in October almost empty) was only 2km away. The appartment is situated on a farm with olive, pomegranate and orange trees. In front of the appartment is a well-equipped seating area for basking and relaxing. Secure parking.

The apartment itself is clean and tidy, with a lot of staff in the kitchen for cooking. Coffe machine with tablets, tea. Free parking place, terrace.
