Rustica is a beautiful maisonette with outstanding panoramic views. Stefano is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to do everything to help and advise us, giving us home grown produce and coal etc for the BBQ.. The accommodation is a very good size, clean and truly beautiful. It has a good kitchen that is well equipped. The view is absolutely breath taking, as others have commented this is from every room even the bathroom! We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic spot in the middle of the hills, they treated us like kings! We were able to check in early with a good communication with the hosts. In the morning the breakfast in the garden with their own made bread and fruits was awesome! 100% would come back.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are really very nice, pleasant people. The apartment is well-equipped, has everything you need and is in perfect condition. The beds are very comfortable. The location is also perfect - in the idyllic country side, yet only a small walk from the center of Sassoferrato.
It was a little of the beaten path but we really enjoyed it. Roberto was an exceptional host and the newly refurbished apartment was extremely nice. For our adventure of seeing the grotti and visiting i borghi piu bella dell'Italia, it was perfect.
